For Civil Engineer
1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
2. 8 years Postgraduate Civil experience
3. AutoCAD, Archicad
4. Microsoft Project or Primavera
5. Driving License (Prefer) 

For Architect
1. Bachelor Degree in Architectural
2. 8 years Postgraduate Architecture experience
3. 3D and Architecture Software (AutoCAD, Lumion, ArchiCAD, etc.)
